Who KPC builds for

The statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment that runs India’s contributory health insurance scheme and its hospital network. KPC is building the ESIC Medical College at Nagpur, the super-speciality hospital and quarters at MIDC Butibori, and staff quarters at Andheri, Mumbai — three concurrent ESIC campuses in Maharashtra.

KPC holds two station redevelopment contracts with Indian Railways: the integrated redevelopment of Gwalior railway station and the major upgradation of Hyderabad (Nampally). Both are built over operating stations, where the constraint is not the structure but the fact that trains never stop running.

The Government of India’s principal construction agency, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. KPC is building the permanent campus of the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy at Visakhapatnam under a CPWD contract, and holds a CPWD Appreciation Award for earlier work.

An Institute of National Importance at Visakhapatnam, established under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. KPC is building IIPE’s permanent campus, contracted through the CPWD; the project carries a World Safety Organization Excellence Award for its site safety record.

The central armed police force under the Ministry of Home Affairs that guards the Himalayan frontier and builds accommodation, training and border-post infrastructure along it. KPC has executed works for the ITBP; the project particulars are being confirmed with the client before publication.

The central ministry that owns the national highway network. KPC’s NH packages — NH-167 Miryalaguda to Kodad, NH-365B Tirumalagiri to Suryapet, NH-99 under the LWE scheme and NH-137 Tamenglong to Mahur in the North East — are executed under the MoRTH programme through its state road agencies and NHIDCL.

Our longest-standing client relationship, carried principally through the Roads and Buildings Department and the State Housing Board. The work spans the 125 ft Dr B R Ambedkar Statue at Hyderabad and the Telangana Martyrs Memorial, the government medical colleges at Jayashankar Bhupalapally and Kothagudem, two national highway packages, a state highway widening and HIG and MIG housing at Raviryal.

The Andhra Pradesh department responsible for the state’s weaving and textile economy, and the client for its Unity Mall. KPC is building the Unity Mall at Visakhapatnam — a retail and exhibition building for handloom and handicraft producers under the central Unity Mall scheme.

The Meghalaya government body behind the state’s sporting infrastructure programme. KPC is building the football stadium complex at Mawkhanu, a ₹642 Cr EPC commission for a 40,000-seat ground — among the largest contracts on our order book, and a structure engineered for a hill site and a monsoon climate.

KPC has worked for Karnataka through its Public Works Department and Inland Water Transport Department, completing the State Highway Development Projects at Gulbarga and Bidar. The state’s rural housing programme is delivered separately through RGRHCL, also a KPC client.

KPC is building the Additional (Mini) Secretariat at Tura for the Government of Meghalaya — the administrative seat for the Garo Hills region. It sits alongside the Mawkhanu stadium complex as part of a sustained programme of work in the North East.

The civic body for Hyderabad, and the client for the city’s two-bedroom housing programme for the urban poor. KPC completed 2,016 double-bedroom houses at Mankhal-II — a single site delivered as a repeating structural system on a fixed municipal budget.

An autonomous, not-for-profit research university founded in 1998 as a public-private partnership with the state government. KPC is building a new institute building on the Hyderabad campus, working inside a live academic estate with teaching and research continuing around the site.

The trust that administers the Tirumala temple and the institutions around it, including the SVIMS medical campus. KPC is building the new Paediatric Super Speciality Hospital at SVIMS, Tirupati — a ₹207 Cr hospital serving one of the busiest pilgrimage centres in the world.

The statutory authority responsible for planned development across the Tirupati urban region. KPC is building TUDA Towers at Tirupati, a ₹261 Cr commercial and institutional development in one of the most heavily visited urban areas in the country.

The Government of Telangana’s startup incubator, and the anchor of Hyderabad’s innovation district. KPC built both T-Hub Phase I and the ₹497 Cr Phase II building — the largest incubation facility of its kind in India, contracted through TSIIC.

India’s largest prototyping centre, established by the Government of Telangana in Hyderabad to give hardware startups access to industrial fabrication. KPC has executed works for T-Works; the project particulars are being confirmed with the client before publication.

The corporation that develops Telangana’s industrial and IT infrastructure, including the Hyderabad Knowledge City corridor. KPC built T-Hub Phases I and II for TSIIC, and completed the white-topping packages at Madhapur, Knowledge City and the IIIT Junction to Varun Motors stretch.

The corporation that builds and equips Andhra Pradesh’s public hospitals and medical colleges. KPC is delivering three teaching-hospital campuses for APMSIDC — Guntur, Ongole and the Siddhartha Medical College and General Hospital at Vijayawada — the largest single healthcare relationship on our order book.

The state generation utility that owns Telangana’s thermal and hydel capacity. KPC has built residential quarters at KTPP Stages I and II, is building the KTPS VII Stage quarters, and is delivering the ₹615 Cr integrated township at the Bhadradri Thermal Power Station.

The state’s industrial land and infrastructure agency, responsible for AP’s industrial parks, IT corridors and a number of its landmark public commissions. KPC built the 125 ft Dr B R Ambedkar Statue and Memorial Park at Vijayawada for APIIC, together with the Millennium IT office towers at Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam.

The coal producer jointly owned by the Government of Telangana and the Government of India, and one of the oldest public sector enterprises in the country. KPC completed 994 MD-type quarters at Bhupalpalli and is building further quarters at Kothagudem and Sathupally — mining-township housing delivered to colliery operating schedules.

The Uttar Pradesh state construction corporation, executing agency for much of the state’s public building programme. KPC completed the NOIDA District Hospital at Sector 39 and the ESIC Hospital at Kandivali East, Mumbai, under UPRNNL contracts.

The Miniratna authority under the Ministry of Civil Aviation that owns and operates most of India’s airports. KPC delivered the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Airport terminal at Gwalior for AAI as a turnkey design-and-build commission, completed to a GRIHA 5-star green rating.

The Andhra Pradesh corporation charged with mass affordable housing. KPC completed 7,560 EWS dwellings for APTIDCO in G+3 monolithic shear-wall construction — a repetitive, aluminium-formwork system that turns housing delivery into a production programme rather than a sequence of buildings.

India’s largest power-plant equipment manufacturer, a Maharatna central public sector enterprise. KPC is executing the civil, structural and architectural works for a main power block on BHEL’s behalf — heavy industrial structure built to a plant erection sequence and to the tolerances that turbine and boiler installation demands.

The MoRTH-owned corporation that builds national highways in the border and North Eastern states. KPC is executing Package-9 of NH-137 from Tamenglong to Mahur — hill road construction across Assam and Manipur, where geology, monsoon and access govern the programme.

The Navratna central public sector enterprise that acts as project management consultant for much of the Government of India’s real estate redevelopment. KPC is building Leisure Park Phase III at Techzone IV, Greater Noida, for NBCC — at ₹843 Cr the largest single contract on our order book.

The Navratna lignite mining and power generation enterprise under the Ministry of Coal. KPC is building NLCIL’s integrated township and administrative office in Odisha — a ₹553 Cr commission that combines residential, civic and office construction on a single greenfield campus.

The Government of Karnataka corporation that runs the state’s rural and urban housing schemes. KPC is delivering housing at Bethangeri and Kenchanpura, Bengaluru, under the One Lakh Housing Programme — repetitive, small-unit construction run as a single logistics and quality problem rather than as individual buildings.

The central public sector steel producer that operates the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. KPC completed blast furnace and chimney modification works inside the plant — heavy structural intervention carried out within an operating integrated steelworks.

The wholly government-owned enterprise, under the Ministry of Finance, that produces India’s banknote paper, currency, coins, stamps and passports. KPC completed works at the Security Paper Mill at Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh — a high-security industrial site with access, sequencing and vetting conditions well beyond an ordinary industrial contract.

The state utility that distributes power to almost all of Maharashtra outside Mumbai city, and one of the largest distribution companies in the country. KPC has executed works for Mahavitaran; the project particulars are being confirmed with the client before publication.

The airport and energy infrastructure group that operates Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and is developing the greenfield airport at Bhogapuram. KPC is building the CT-1 cargo terminal expansion at Hyderabad and the four-lane main access road into Bhogapuram — landside work delivered against live aviation programmes.

One of the National Capital Region’s largest private residential developers. KPC is constructing Gaur Chrysalis at Sector 22D — a ₹454 Cr high-rise package, and the clearest demonstration that the programme discipline built on public contracts transfers directly to private developer work.
