32 of our 62 recorded projects are live today. The contracting route differs by client and by sector; the site organisation behind it does not.
Single-point responsibility for engineering, procurement and construction. KPC carries the design, the supply chain and the programme, and the client deals with one contract for the finished asset. Most of our current large-value work — stadium, station redevelopment and highway packages — runs on this basis.
Concept-to-commissioning delivery including interiors, services and external development. The Gwalior airport terminal was executed this way: a single turnkey scope taken through to a GRIHA 5-star rated, operating passenger terminal.
Item-rate and lump-sum civil packages where the client or their consultant holds the design. We self-perform the structure and coordinate the services trades, which is how the majority of our government housing, medical college and hospital work is contracted.
Method
The same six stages run on a 40,000-seat stadium and on a district hospital. What changes is the method chosen at stage one and the plant committed at stage three.
Before a bid is priced, the method is chosen: formwork system, crane strategy, batching capacity, and the constraints of the site and the calendar. The estimate is built off that method, not off a rate book.
Architectural, structural and MEP models are federated and clash-checked, and shop drawings are issued from the coordinated model. Services conflicts are resolved on screen rather than in a cast slab.
Plant is drawn from the owned fleet — batching plants, transit mixers, placers, tower cranes, formwork and staging — rather than tendered on the hire market, so mobilisation is a scheduling exercise rather than a procurement risk.
A site QC laboratory tests concrete, aggregate and steel against the specification, with a calibrated weighbridge on material inflow. Survey control is held by instrument, and every pour is released against a checklist.
Site safety runs to a certified occupational health and safety management system: induction, permits for height and hot work, edge protection and inspected access equipment, with environmental controls for dust, waste and water on the same footing.
Testing and commissioning, as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals and client training, followed by the contracted defects liability period with a retained site team.
Quality, safety & environment
Quality, environment and occupational health and safety are run as certified management systems rather than as site habits, and they are surveilled by the certifying body on a fixed cycle. Their scope is civil construction for residential and commercial purposes.
ISO 9001:2015
Documented procedures from tender through handover, with material approvals, pour cards and inspection records held against every element. Testing is done in-house: the fleet carries dedicated quality-control laboratory units and 100-tonne weighbridges on both the buildings and roads divisions, so cube strength, aggregate grading and consignment weights are verified on site rather than taken on trust.
ISO 45001:2018
Hazard identification and risk assessment before each activity, permit-to-work for height, lifting and hot work, inspected access equipment, and induction for every worker including sub-contracted labour. KPC's safety performance has been recognised by the British Safety Council and by a World Safety Organisation excellence award for the IIPE Visakhapatnam project.
ISO 14001:2015
Dust, noise, waste segregation and water management controlled to a site environmental plan, with prefabrication used to move waste-generating work off site. Two completed buildings carry green ratings — the Gwalior airport terminal at GRIHA 5-star and the IRDA office complex at GRIHA 3-star — and the KPC ONE corporate office is IGBC rated.

The seven methods KPC builds with, what each one buys the client in time, cost or span, and the kind of project it is used on.
The owned equipment schedule, published in full for both divisions — concrete production and placing, earthmoving, lifting, paving, access, testing and survey.
