The company

A contracting business built on finishing what it starts

KPC Projects Limited is an infrastructure and EPC contractor working for central and state governments, public sector undertakings and private developers. We execute the whole of a project — civil, structural, MEP, finishes and external development — under a single contract, with our own engineers, our own plant and our own quality systems.

The work spans 7 sectors: mega housing and townships, hospitals and medical colleges, institutional and commercial campuses, national highways, airports and railway station redevelopment, industrial structures, and the statues and memorials that have become the firm’s most visible work.

What holds it together is a delivery record. 30 completed projects are documented with client, value and scope; 32 more are live on site today. That record — not a brochure claim — is what a tender evaluation desk is entitled to see, and it is published in full on this site.

The founder

It began with a Class-II licence and a refusal to hand over late work

KPC starts in 1973 with one man and one registration. The late Sri K.C. Pullaiah began as a Class-II civil contractor, carrying a foundational education and an unshakeable resolve into an industry that rewards neither on their own. He competed for small public works and won them the only way an unknown contractor can: by finishing them properly and on time.

Three commitments came out of those first contracts — quality, timely completion and client satisfaction — and they became the bedrock of the company. Every scaling decision since, from the 1995 partnership to incorporation in 2005 and the growth that followed, has been made to protect them at a larger size rather than trade them away for volume.

The founder’s name is still carried by the K.C. Pullaiah Foundation, through which the company’s community work is run.

What we are for

Vision & mission

Vision

To empower the nation in its transformative journey with world-class infrastructure.

Mission

  • Build world-class projects using the latest technology and engineering methods.
  • Give every employee the room, training and responsibility to grow.
  • Provide a safe workplace on every site, for our people and our sub-contractors.
  • Commit to sustainable development in how we design, procure and build.

How we work

Core values

  1. Team Work

Engineers, planners, technicians and site staff work as one unit with the client’s own team. 50% of our people have been with KPC for more than ten years — that continuity is what a project manager inherits on day one.

  2. Quality & Latest Technology

Certified quality systems, in-house testing laboratories, BIM co-ordination, modern formwork and current analysis and design methods on every job. Quality is a system we run, not an inspection we pass.

  3. Customer Satisfaction

The contract is the floor, not the ceiling. Handover on programme, defects closed out, documentation complete — and a client willing to take the reference call afterwards.

  4. Integrity

Straight quotations, straight measurement, straight reporting — to clients, auditors, lenders, statutory authorities and our own board. It is the reason a CARE A; Stable rating has held for 7 consecutive financial years.

Where we build

7 sectors, one delivery organisation

The same engineering, procurement and quality function serves every sector. Depth is measured in completed contracts, not in capability statements.
